Please note response in reference to staff names above. In addition, the reference to "staff" includes all with whom I came in contact while waiting for the vehicle at various stages. As I walked around the facility, I came across shop folks and the car washing crew, who also went about their business professionally and with good cheer. Observations of the shop areas were very impressive with their obvious maintenance schedules rendering the spaces in unbelievable order and cleanliness. Management is to be commended for high standards expectations and an obvious commitment to training to accomplish same. In our dialogue, Jesse made commitments to get certain things addressed and he followed through on each and everyone. The prior owners had kept to the vehicle's maintenance schedule and it showed. They only failed in having the timing belt changed at the 90,000 mile mark which I am now forced to accommodate, making it the only "negative" out of the entire purchasing experience. That in itself, however, will not lessen my enthusiastic endorsement to others for the purchasing experience at Steve Lewis Subaru.

Overall, I would have to say my car buying experience at this dealership was enjoyable. The sales associate I dealt with, Pete Lustenberger, was very knowledgeable on the Subaru model I was looking to purchase. His availability to meet on a Sunday was a huge plus for me. He worked with me and my particular situation to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted, which made me feel very comfortable. I would sincerely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Steve Lewis Subaru. The salesman, David Hanks, was friendly, professional, and clearly understood what I was looking for. He graciously came in on what would have been a day off to complete the transaction, took all the time I needed to go over the car with me, and personally installed the dog grate so as to save me the installation cost. Myron Callendar who helped me with the financing was knowledgeable and thorough. He looked into rates at a number of banks I was considering for the loan and came up with a rate that was even better than the one I was originally planning to take through a federal credit union. I couldn't have been more pleased. This was my second successful car purchase from Steve Lewis. When the time comes, I'll gladly return for a third.

I did some research prior to visiting S. Lewis so I was prepared about what I wanted to buy. I've owned 2 previous Subarus, each for 12 years and wanted to buy another new one. Working with Jesse B. was exceptionally pleasant, from the moment I entered the Sales Dept. to the time I drove away with my new car. Jesse was unfailingly patient answering any questions I had and guiding me through various and numerous steps in the selection and purchasing processes. I felt he had my best interests in mind throughout and that I was his priority as a customer.Jesse was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car I was interested in (Impreza) - standard features and accessories. Jesse found me the car I wanted and facilitated its delivery and the installation of accessories in a timely way. On the day I picked up the car, Jesse reviewed numerous features of the car so that I felt very comfortable driving it off the lot. Myron C., the business manager, was also very personable and informed about his part of the sale. He explained the service options in a way that was easy to follow and understand. From the moment we arrived Todd was friendly and never once pushy. They worked very hard to get us the price we needed. We had terrible trouble with Progressive insurance and they worked closely with me to make sure the transition happened when we needed it to. They were great. We had a wonderful experience at Steve Lewis Subaru - and with Kim our sales staff. This was our first new car purchase, and second subaru. The atmosphere was totally no hassle and no pressure. We were able to drive all the cars we wanted, take our time, and get all our questions answered - including about pricing - early on in our process. We were given the time and space to make an informed decision. The very friendly, extremely informed and always accessible treatment we got from Kim and Myron helped us expedite the process. We have already recommended Kim to other people considering a Subaru. We came to look at used cars originally, but test drives, value and what we got for our money in the small SUV class made purchasing the new 2014 Forester a relatively easy choice. We are looking forward to our relationship with this dealer and fully expect the same level of service from the other departments.

My husband and I were considering whether to keep our nine year old vehicle or buy a new one. Neither of us had ever sat in a Subaru and really didn't know anything about them. When we were ready to decide, we thought that we would probably buy the same brand that we had, but decided to look around. When we stopped at Steve Lewis, we were greeted by David Hanks. He was knowledgeable, professional, and curtious. He guided us through the features of the Outback and accompanied us on test drives. Once we decided to purchase the Outback, all of the paperwork, insurance, and registration were done for us. He explained the operations of the vehicle in detail. Our trade was given a fair price, the car was a great price, and we received 0% financing. We were very pleased and look forward to being new Subaru drivers.
